What's the difference if her bodyguard was in a suit or a regular every day outfit? It is assumed that most celeb's DO have a bodyguard with them at all times.

Considering he's at an awards show, he's somewhat underdressed and looks totally out of a place. Blatantly a bodyguard and he's trying way too hard to look casual. He seems unprofessional is all.
