It's to cover up the fact that her wrinkled neck doesn't match her smooth 48-year old face! Her face in 1991's 'Truth or Dare' movie (that's over 15 yrs ago!) had more wrinkles than now. Go figure.

My thoughts exactly...but that is one of my biggest pet peeves. I dye my hair once a month because my roots turn dark and gray. I am sure she has people to do it all for her!!!!
