She looks drunk, or high, as someone else mentioned... You can tell this even from the thumbnails. But her dress is nice and she is blessed with a good looking body (yeah, she is flat but she is also tall and clothes tend to look good on her).
Also, I wish that my boobs would appear and disappear accoding to my mood!
