She really doesn't have much of a neck does she? 
I think her dress is cute and her hair looks fabulous but other than that she looks like every popular blonde I went to high school with so....I'll leave it at that.

She's been annoying me lately but she looks good here. The dress is really pretty, still young but more pretty and less "cute."
