I will never understand this! Being from upstate NY if it hits 40 we're out in our shorts and tshirts and what is on her left foot??? I've always noticed it and I can never figure otu what it is.

It looks like a cheapo plastic coat, real or fake fur it's BAD. Hint: NEVER wear an overcoat with sleeves shorter than the tee/sweater you are wearing underneath. She still looks like a bag lady.
