Don't be ridiculous A*O. He's a baby. They tend to look unhappy if they've just crapped themself, or want a cookie, or generally feel like it. It's hardly a reflection on who they are with.
I think the dude might be either victoria or david's dad.

I can't tell with this one yet. I thought the first one kind of looked like David? I know that second one definitely had the little piggy snout going on like his mommy, poor thing. Noses are hard to tell on babies for quite a few years unless it's something really obvious. All babies noses are pretty much small and rounded.
