Not a good move here Brit....I don't think any judge would take kindly to seeing a new mother, who wants full custody of her two small children, out every night w/freaking BANNED. NOT COOL. But, she'll have to learn, yet again, the hard way.

I'm judge nor lawyer, but unless they have proof of her doing some really stupid things, I don't think it will jeopardize her custody. I don't think she should be out getting drunk all the time, but if she isn't fucking someone on camera, getting picked up for drugs...you get the pic...I don't think she is at risk of losing her kids.
Granted, she could have/should have picked someone better than PH to buddy up with, but we all know Britney is not known for her choices of late...

they both look like idiots running around at their age to clubs and shit at all hours of the nite and expecially britney being a mother and all, but I really think Parisite is getting a little old for that shit.

They look like a couple of hookers. Britney doesn't pick her friends very well. I agree with sweetrebel: as long as she's not passed out in a bar, or picked up for drugs, she should have no worries about custody. It might be different if the man she was divorcing wasn't absolute loser scum.
