Isn't anyone in her family going to step in and help her? I realize they can't force her to get help, but my God, she is wasting away before their eyes! It must be torture for her family to see what she is becoming.

Her lack of eating is vanity based. She's shallow, immature and materialistic. I don't believe that she's actually anorexic. I think she's just trying hard to be really thin.
