Not liking the hair...looks extrememly artificial. If you're gonna wear extensions, at least try to make them halfway believable.
And I just can't get over how thick her neck is.

It's true, her neck is expanding by the minute. Mind-boggling. How does that work?
And even though the outfit itself should be tasteful and elegant, she makes it look trashy just by virtue of being Britney Spears. Amazing.

her hair looks hideous. when the first pictures of her new bob came out i was one of the first who said that she needed to get her long hair back, but now i've changed my mind. the extensions look ugly and so unreal.

I preferred the bob, but then again Ive never really liked Britney with super straight long hair ever. She looks great, I love the dress

In the picture of her leaning over, she looks like she has a mustache, oddly. Plus, it looks like she has the very beginning stages of those wrinkles around the upper lip that smokers get. Maybe it's just the picture.
Fake hair is hideous. And yes, the girl has a big old peasant neck. At least she looks clean. Sort of.

For having a 9 week old son, I think she looks damn good. And, no, it doesn't really matter to me if she did it with diet/exercise or with plastic surgery. I'm no hypocite--if I could afford it, I would have numerous procedures done

She looks just ok. She needs to let go of the extensions. What the hell is wrong with natural hair? Also why is she doing that to her tits? They need some support, damn it! They just went through 2 back to back pregnancies!
