Yeah it is Katharine. She was one of the performers, along with Babyface, Usher, Barry Manilow, and Jennifer Hudson.

Beautiful, though if she HAS to have long hair, I think the curly hair looks better than the straight hair.
BTW> Warren Beatty, Annette Bening and even Whitney Houston were there, too. Anybody got bigger pictures of that. I can only seen the thumbnails on Wireimage and haven't found pics of them on other sources yet.
