I like her better as a brunette too, but that green shade is definitely for a blonde. That's a really bad dress.

I think the dress is beautiful, and appropriate for a formal ball/fundraising event. The green is a nice color, just not on her. I think her level of fug really makes the dress look bad.
Also, maybe it's just my inner Liberace talking, but I love the monogrammed crystal-encrusted purse. Too bad Nicky's ugly mug is messing it all up.
Oh, I forgot. Nicky's hips and midsection are a little too chunky for that dress. Guess I should commend her for keeping her food down unlike her sister.
