I like her hair like that, but there's something off with her face... It's always the same with Penelope: sometimes she looks gorgeous, and other times she looks very weird. Maybe it's because her face is so wide and angular.
The outfit is quite fun.

The make-up is bloody awful! She MUST have done it herself as no decent make-up artist would ever be that kak-handed! Her hair looks frizzy too and the outfit sucks. All in all this is NOT a good luck for such a beautiful woman - BOO!

I have a love hate relationship with her, when it comes to her looks. I think she looks really odd (big nose, big ears, small head etc.) but on the other hand she can look really pretty. This is definitely not one of her better looks.
