I think her boobs are real.....I'm seeing lines of a corset under that dress so that would probably why they're "up there". But if she puts her hands up any further we'll probably be able to see surgery scars if there were any. lol

She's beautiful, but the dress could fit better over her chest - it squashes her boobs in some pictures, and seems to be hanging precariously low in others.

With Monica's hour-glass figure, the weight goes in all the right places. Many women just gain it in their butts and thighs and end up looking bottom-heavy, not voluptuous. Monica's lucky that hers is all evenly (and nicely) distributed.
