Her expression and half-closed eyes make her look a little high to me.
But I do like her because she does have a look different from cookie-cutter blonde bimbo. I like that she's usually daring with her look even if it doesn't quite work for her.

I like the gold, it really gives a royal or majestic feel to the look. Reminds of something a princess may wear.

Not sure if I should clarify, but I wasn't saying she was a bimbo at all. Quite the opposite (or at least so it appears to me.) And that's why I like her.
