I don't think she looks like she put on weight from these pics. I think a visit to the ps or a serious push up bra is more likely.

In the doc's defense- it's not easy to understand her, what with all that slurring. She probably said something like "gnlfrt", he looked at her, diagnosed "extreme lack of self-esteem" and went for the usual remedy in that case- enlargement.
