She seems to be doing the retro thing of going out and always being totally made up, much like the stars of the 50s did (think Hepburn,Kelly, et al) Come of it, we'd all point and laugh if she looked rough! There is only enough room in the world for one Britney, after all.
(btw I really like CA's style at the moment, all those curvy hourglass dresses look amazing, I think)
