She looks like a regular girl, just like someone you'd see walking down the street or in the coffee shop, she's pretty, but not stunning or anything. She seems to suit being pregnant, although it seems like she's been pregnant for about a year and a half now!

I have always thought it meant just a cold person in general, and since fish aren't warm and cuddly---the term cold fish came about. I could be wrong, but thats how I have intrepreted it.
