Yep, she got the implants again. In the words of (banned) 'If you have a beautiful face, you dont need fake boobs'. Not saying that Paris is beautiful, but its a good saying for her 'friend'. Kim is ugly, therefore needs big boobs. Actually thats what banned meant- she said before that- 'alot of my friends have implants and they are nasty'.
