Her hair is all chopped up and uneven or is it clipped in the back? She can afford a chic haircut.
If I saw her on the street I'd think she was an attention seeking nutcase. There are tons of chic and trendy gals in NY who don't have to be in a braless sweater hiked up to there with boots and no stockings to get noticed.
I want her to go home.
Reminds me of when I saw Elle Macpherson walking, more like trudging down the street. She didn't move well. I looked back and saw that the heels on her on boots were ground down to the metal. She was flipping her fox fur coat around and making all these big motions to get noticed. Not hard not to notice. She's like 6 feet tall. She was tacky like VB.

Looks like she left her boyfriend's apartment after a drunken night on the town and couldn't find her clothes, so she borrowed his sweater.

I kind of like her outfit, but the skirt is too short, and she doesn't have good legs. If she's not going to bulk up, she should at least keep those legs covered up.
