That looks southern style, with the tile roof and palm trees. Pardon my ignorance, but do palm trees grow in New York? I wouldn't think the temperatures would work for them.

He also bought JenII a cheaper engagement ring. He spent a million on JLO. Okay, I wouldn't want him to top it just to TOP it-but a nice ring would be in order. 500,000 would NOT do it. Thats what he spent on JenII.

I dunno...maybe Jen G is more down to earth about these things. It's a nice house for sure, but not what I would've expected of those two. But then, maybe that's why he married Garner and not JLo.

Ben once was quoted as saying that Jen would accept a ring from Sears if he gave it..because she's so normal and down to earth (  ).
But she wears an eternity channel ring, a plain band and I've seen a 3 stone ring..who knows what the hell her real ring is.

The house is very average. That's what I love about Jen...she's not high maintenance like some other Jen we know!

^ I agree...that shows that Garner is in it for the "right reasons" and not just for show. I mean, she can certainly show off like JLo if she wanted to since God knows they both have the money.
I like that about her.
