I've just started jogging (like for the first time ever in my life) and it seems like jogging in the sand would suck ass.
That being said, I like Courtney - even if she's a little gaunt.

She's stunning. And running in the sand really is a good work out because its harder, and really gets the leg muscles working. Thats why her legs are so fabulous.
