I myself have never actually found Penelope particularly good-looking, but I do think she has a certain class about her that is slightly diverse in comparison to the majority of talent lacking 'actresses' that are somehow popular today.

This outfit, however, I have to agree is rather tawdry. It does absolutely nothing for her, though I doubt it would make anybody look half decent, it’s awful.
