On other websites, they give the impression that this is
a hospital/clinic gown, not a dress, and she is just leaving
after having new implants put in.

wouldn't she be wearing some kind of bandage around her chest if she just had surgery on her chest?

Depending on where the incision was made, but for sure shed be wearing SOMETHING if shed just had implants. If they were done thru the armpit shed be wearing a corsette...they dont just let you leave w new implants like it "aint no thing". They make you wear a corsette for support/shape for like a week and then u have to move on to a sports bra and u are NOT supposed to take it off except to shower for the first 3 weeks following the surgery. I actually think thats why taras are so saggy, she didnt follow directions?

Lohan's boobs are totally fake. I know from a reliable source that they are. She had them done about two years ago before she lost weight, and they capsulated so she had them removed. The experience spooked her a little bit and so she kept them out up until this year when she had new ones put in. You can literally SEE the implant in these pics

I just don't understand why she feels the need to lie about not having them... Admit it, or don't say anything at all - but to flat out lie is just stupid-

Here's the thing that confuses me about her boobs: She had pretty big boobs in Freaky Friday and that was released in 2003, which means she was probably only 16 while she filmed it. Also, in Mean Girls they are big, which she filmed when she was 17. Now, I know i've heard people say that she got the implants when she was 17, but how does that explain her big chest in Freaky Friday? Did she actually get them when she was 16? Also, in Mean Girls, her boobs jiggle alot like real boobs would. Maybe it is a really good boob job. I definitey think something has been done, since they disappeared for a while and reappeared.
