I'm always in favour of writers being treated better and paid more, being one myself. They have to put up with idiotic celebs who won't listen to them try to make them sound more intelligent, but who blame them when they bomb.

I don't quite understand how industry works? Actors are "non-union"? And are these the screenwriters? They don't look like the screenwriters, but more like journalists.

I wonder which one of the guys is the one that was hired away from TwoP to write for the show?
PB you said it all! But I have to add graphic designers/web site content providers to the lists of folks like those writers. Particularly this quote -
