She only gets parts that are set in the past centuries, since that's where her beauty is-- it's that British antiquity.

You're right dolem. I've never seen those movies. Sorry, for my overgeneralization. Maybe she didnt' get the lead or there were main characters other than herself in those. Dunno.

I get a Nicole Kidman vibe off those pics, but perhaps it's the ghostly white skin. I'm afraid I can't watch Keira any more because of the pout, more specifically the way she bares her lower teeth all the time - most distracting. She was OK in Love Actually, but I think that was because the little 'sub-plot' she featured was so heartbreaking. Hated her in Pride & Prejudice (those teeth again), ditto Pirates of the Caribbean.
PS - If the movie 'Atonement' sticks closely to the book of the same title it will be fantastic.
