Well I don't remember her having a press conference to announce it to the world. Bottom line is, stars rarely if at all discuss openly any PS they have had.
There are a few exceptions like Pamela Anderson( no shit), and a few other sluts with ballons for breasts. 
On a side note, was listening to the radio in my car the other day and it so happened Christina was doing America's Top 40 for vactionning Seacrest, and she was unreal. Seriously, her voice was incredible on the radio as she was talking about anything and everything. If this girl was not a singer she could definetly be an announcer on the evening news( ok maybe just doing weather).
Did anyone ever see her acting on SNL? She was amazing. Ever see when she did the "Sex in the City" skit and played Samantha? It was truly incredible. No I am not a fan of her music, but she has so much talent, unlike her nemisis Britanny.

She looks Hot. love the sunglasses. But trashy as hell with no bra. You cant have (fake) hooters that big and not wear a bra. Under a paper thin camisole. Now its porn star territory. Well, it has been for a Lonnggg time. I am at a loss as to why this woman eschews bras.

I have to say I'm liking this outfit. And I LOVE the shoes! 
But the boobs are getting too big and saggy for her frame, she should consider getting smaller implants in my opinion.
