Plastic surgery can give you big boobies, plump your lips, and lift your eyebrows, but it cannot erase extensive sun damage. No one will care what your body looks like if the skin covering it resembles a reptile.

It's a man although being the south of France, it may be an old woman. Anyway, after very little thought, I agree that Pammy is desperately in need of a 'makeunder'. She's bordering on absurd these days.
