Give the girl some credit - she actually has a different color lipstick on that's not matte or bright red...
As for the outfit? I have to agree that it's not one of her finest fashion moments-

I think those curtains she's made into a dress need to be destroyed. I hope she doesn't go all crazy skinny like she did for her solo album. It was gross, her face lost its cuteness & started to look long. She's so much prettier here.
