Are we sure this is her brother? In all other photos, her brother is a little red- head kid that looks about 10. He is definately younger than her sister.
I'm not a Lindsay fan, so maybe I'm wrong and didn't know she had an older brother?

Her "brother" is checking her titties out in the 4th and 5th pics, which by the way look oddly low for sucha young girl!

In the NY Post this morning they did not say he was her brother. They said he was some guy she was inviting to her birthday party. I don't know if they were being sarcastic or if this was really true

she has two brothers, Dakota Lohan - that red head kid. this is him and Lindsay's sister:
