I remember seeing Nelly singing live during some award show, years ago. Turn off the light, I think. It was horrible, just awful. I hope she's not always that bad live.

Nelly looks beautiful in these pictures!
I really started to like her in the last few months. I mean, I never hated her or so, I just didn't pay attention to her.
But since her new album "Loose" has been released I'm a big fan of hers.
In Germany, the first single of her new album is called "Maneater". I love it! But in America her first single is "Promiscuous", right?

Born in Portugal? Her parents were. She is a first generation Canadian...Victoria B.C, to be exact.

Furtado, a first-generation Canadian, was born as one of three children to working class Azorean-Portuguese parents (from São Miguel Island) in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. She was named after Soviet gymnast Nellie Kim.

My brother is in the Air Force stationed in the Azores and it's beautiful there. They're islands just off the coast of Portugal and yeah, people from there are considered Portuguese too but most work or have family in the 'mainland' (Portugal). Maybe Oslow meant she's Portuguese because Nelly often refers to herself as that and is very proud of her heritage....you'd think she was born there because she always says in interviews how she goes back there often to visit family.

She looks really happy in these pictures. She has the most beautiful green eyes and yeah, her new single "Promiscuous" is hot.

Nelly looks fabulous! Just when I thought Paris & that outfit couldn't look worse she stands next to a pretty girl with style & class & becomes the ugliest person in the room.

I can't get over the change in her... She used to be RUBBISH, really rubbish and now she's making great songs and actually pulling it off. God bless Timbaland and Justin.
