Hate the nose job and just generally get annoyed by looking at her. Talk about wanting to be different like the different people are.

I don't think she wants to be Jessica at all.
I think she was just sick of being the ugly sister.
Since she started her career she claimed her goal was to record music that sounds nothing like Jessica's. Her video's are nothing like hers. She actually tours & Jessica couldn't fill a concert hall! She doesn't want to be married like Jessica, she's glad that Jess is more popular with the press so they leave her alone {that'll change}.
Every girl wants to be pretty, it doesn't necessarily mean she wants to be Jess.
She looks good and confident now. Good for her!

She looks hot!
I looked at the before and after posted on goodplasticsurgery.com and you're right! In addition to the nose, the chin is smaller and the teeth are bigger. How did she find time to recover in the spotlight? Wouldn't it take longer to recover from a dual procedure - both nose AND chin?
I'm also noticing that she's lost quite a bit of weight - at least 15 pounds. She's looking really thin, like a size 2. If she loses any more weight she's going into Nicole Richie territory. I think she looks perfect now - could use some toning, but doesn't need to lose or gain any more weight. Did surgery kill her appetite? She's already thinner than her sister!

Her surgeon did a good job. It amazes me how different she looks. It must have been hard always being considered the 'ugly' sister, so I hope she's happy.

When we were Orlando, she was going to be at the Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Studios the day after we left. Too bad, if we had been there, I would've liked to go just to see if her live singing has improved any since the SNL/Orange Bowl days.
