It is so laughable that she says they are real. She had non in the spice girls yet she weighs less now. How does she figure it out?? Did she have some special op that made all her fat go to just her boobs?? Seriously, give us SOME credit!
In this pic she has them pushed up as much as possible but they're still nowhere near as rock looking as they are now!

I'd say she's had another boob job. She suddenly went very flat chested (comparatively) after baby #3 was born (we never see pics of Cruz BTW) and I reckon she had the implants removed during/after the pregnancy. Now's she's had them put back in and very natural they look too.
