Yeah, I know she was just a teenager then, but still...

I was kind of wondering why she was wearing an apron with skinny pants, too. Poor thing looks so old, and I don't understand why.

While she's not exactly a spring chicken, she is only 40. I think some other posters have said before-different people age differently. Some are destined by genetics to have premature aging no matter what they do to prevent it. I still think she is an attractive woman and seems to be genuinely happy with her life.

I used to be totally obsessed with Brooke when I was in High School. One thing I really like about her is she has taken so much criticism in her life and she just goes on with it. She was a great beauty in her youth but I think her beauty is "more approachable" now. So glad she never went for the boobjob.

I don't find her mannish, but maybe she seems so because she is very tall and athletically built, rather than the petite lollipop look.

PS. I don't like the outfit either.

I don't think she looks bad at all! She has a newborn and a 3 yr old. I'm surprised she doesn't look worse based on that alone!

Brooke looks good in the pics-- minus the wrinkles from too much sun. I totally loved her back in the day. She was such a pretty girl-- eyebrows and all.

Brooke just turned 41. She has a newborn and a 3 yr-old...she probably gets very little sleep because she has little kids. She's probably in that "I'm a mom and I'm too tired to get fixed up" funk. She's probably tired and on sleep deprivation status. I think she looks good though regardless. Once her hids hit 5 and 7 yrs old or so, she'll be a hot 50 yr-old.

I too think she looks good. Remember she doesn't do well after pregnancies with PPD. She may be battling that now too somewhat. Anyways she's been in the spotlight her entire life that alone ages you. Seeing that her mom was never a beauty and aged poorly Brook may be following in her footsteps.

She was a classic beauty when she was younger and I too am glad she never had a boob job. I have to agree she has been looking mannish lately, why is that?? Really 40 is not that old.

In my day she was 'da bomb'... Anyone remember 'Endless Love' and 'Blue Lagoon'...?

She was strikingly beautiful as a child and even as a teenager. I don't remember her going through an awkward stage, so maybe it's all finally caught up with her...

Still think she's attractive but I have to agree she's looking a little hard.
