NOT on the dress. The black bow is a "no". It's got some cute aspects to it; I don't mind the top but the bottom with the flowy denim train is sucky.

Wasn't she poised to be the Next Big Thing/IT Girl around the time Boogie Nights came out?
I guess one must resort to outfits like this when things don't pan out quite the way they'd hoped.

I remember she was in a movie called "Licence to Drive" with
the two Coreys (Feldman and Haim), and she played a character
named "Mercedes" -- with all the requisite jokes that go with such
a name ("I wonder how she handles," "I'd like to take THAT for a
drive," etc. etc.). I think someone was hoping she'd be an IT girl
when that movie came out...in 1988.
It didn't pan out then, either.
She's a plain woman and her 15 minutes are just about up.

OMG, I remember that movie! I've seen it more than once *hanging head in shame*. I had a crush on Corey Haim back in the day *REALLY hanging my head in shame now*. But I was, like, ten years old.
She had big, poofy, curly 80's hair. And now, one Corey has sold his teeth on ebay, the other one is ???, and she's doing Emily's Reasons Why Not.
