I have to say that Meg is looking better than she has in years. I think her lips have deflated slightly and she looks better with long hair. All in all, a definite improvement.

I never thought she was a natural beauty, but her plastic phase was truly frightening. Her lips have deflated nicely, but the cheek implants are still evident.

I was so relieved to open this and find pictures of her looking good and normal. I was really disturbed by the fish lip thing she had going on for awhile. She really does look better here.

She still looks a bit like Batman's Joker. I prefer her with short unruly hair.

There could be a slight indentation on her upper cheek but it's hard to tell as her hair hide the sides of her face. I think she had some fatgrafting rather than surgery, which accounts for her previous puffy look and has now resorbed to an approximatively normal state

She looks a little botoxed, but she has definitely regained a good bit of her natural cuteness.

WHy is her hair covering her forehead. I think maybe she had a little facelift and is hiding the scars. She should never smile she looks too much like a clown

Deff hair extensions...but omg she looks sooo much better. Still, after seeing her in "In The Cut", I can't look at her like I used to. It's a must see, if you want to see the WORST movie ever made, bar none , I swear to God!
