She's still a hot girl, but yeah. She needs makeup. Especially if you're blonde. No eye makeup is a pretty washed out look. Not even mascara? She needs to step it up.

I really like the girl, but her look is terrible here. Bad dress, and awful hair color. She just looks really washed out. Perhaps she doesn't care.
