i think it's a new look to have chipped and nasty nail polish... i've seen a few with it. sienna miller had it at the oscar parties.

Lindsay's got her curves and her red hair back, and she looks pretty good. I'm confused by Kate's attire, however. At first I thought she was wearing some kind of weird tunic, but apparently it's a dress. She looks unfinished,like she forgot to put her slacks on.

The chipped polish doesn't bother me. It's that there's dirt under her fingernails, and I've seen her like that before.

I don't worry about chipped polish, cuz I don't even WEAR polish..except on my toenails, and I am fanatic that my toenails must be chip-free.

^Me neither! Mostly because I can't, though, it ruins my nails and looks ridiculous.
Lindsay's nails look like crap - who hatched that bright idea, if it is intentional? Sienna Miller? Rachel Zoe? - and I hate the tan on her, natural or not, but otherwise she looks good. I like the dress and shoes.
