she is, i noticed in season 2 they stopped giving her so much makeup (cream blush and the eyeliner) i think people started complaining that she looked TOO fresh all the time,

if she was out shopping in my town we would think she's homeless or a crack whore or something. Way skanky dirty looking hair,stained sweat pants, flip flops. Yuck.

I love Evie...but her hair looks just awful in these pics. I think (unlike Britney), she knows how to wash her hair, but it probably has something to do with the humid climate in Hawaii. My hair had big issues when we went to the Carribean. Frizzy and stringy at the same time. I don't know how it's possible, but it is.
