She IS thin but she's not the true definition of an anorexic.
I do think she likes the attention she gets as a thin person. I think when the 'skinny comments' stopped, after gaining a few pounds she decided to slim down again to have people talking about her again.

She's skinny but she looks good here, and for once she looks her age.
And the dress looks very cute on her too, even if looking at the close ups I don't like its material.
