That's the first thing I thought, I wondered where the hell is she to be wearing a summer dress, isn't she supposed to be in France???

Well, not everyone in the photos is dressed for winter, but she is dressed a little lightly. Does being pregnant make you overheat?

Perhaps she is feeling heat from her pregnancy, some pregnant womans experince the same thing. We've seen her wearing jackets and coats before, lol, its not like her body is resisting the weather.
I think she looks amazing as a pregnant woman, pregnancy agrees with her. From the way she is carrying i assume its a boy..Maddox looks adorable as usual

Well Maddox isn't pregnant and is definitely the only kid walking around in T-shirt in Paris right now (the other people in the pics not wearing a coat are the shop assistants getting out to help)

You don't need a coat if you're just going from the car to the building and it's a mild day out. But more importantly, who the hell is responsible for that kid's hairstyle?!? The boy himself?? If so, I love that he's allowed to make that kind of choice for himself, even if he is due for a visit to the salon. It does a kid's self-esteem good to have some control over his life, after all...

Yeah, they are just going from the car to the shop... when she was out and about with Maddox the other day, she had a coat on (I think) (actually that was at the airport... on the 29th she had a tshirt on) (ok, I'll shut up now).
And Maddox is wearing two tshirts.

Ain't nothin' weird about it! And it ain't like those other people in the photo are any kind of barometer. Yesterday in NYC, I was on the train and if you took a look around you, you'd have no idea what season it was. Winter? Spring? Fall?
Besides, you don't need a coat if you're going from the car to the building. Maybe that's what's going on?
ETA: The people wearing coats (jackets, specifically) are all paparazzi, and they're all on bikes.
