Don't think she did. This is the launch of some burlesque coffee-table book, as far as I can see, and she's a burlesque star. She's probably heavily featured in the book, but she has hardly written it.
I think she has gorgeous skin! I'm almost glow-in-the-dark too, and pasty is pretty, in my book. I'd far rather see just about any white chick in this colour than in Jessica Simpson's orange fake tan hue, or the heavily sun-damaged skin most Hollywood women over 25 seem to have, for that matter (or over 15, in some cases - just look at La Lohan).
