Because Kevin's soaking up all her dollars! To save money, she probably fired her stylist and make-up artist. HAH! What a shame. 
I'll admit it: Kevin Federline is cute. In theory. It's the attitude, the clothes, the hair, the whole "thing" that is K-Fed that makes him unattractive. His face, however: cute.

i think brit looks fine here. kevin looks much better with shorter hair. when they were on the people cover announcing their engagement, he looked hot in that spread. after that it was all a messy disgust. brit needs to put those extensions back in.
