I'm beginning to think she had buccal fat removal from her face. That's when the natural fat pads in your face are removed. Many plastic surgeons won't perform it because you lose facial fat anyway as you get older. It's extremely aging and could explain why Hilary's face looks so gaunt when it once was quite full. Weight loss alone wouldn't produce that dramatic a change.

Yepp, she looks so old. Could be that she's anorexic and isn't eating right or consuming necessarily nutrition.
