and shes not anorexic and smoking..a la olsen twins.
and i think shes cute, unlike the ugly dufflings.

but come on, shes a teenager. we all did/do it when we are (were?) that age.

I know most drank before they were legal, but this girl is 15 years old. That's really young to be drinking.

i started drinking at age 14, but never go more than a beer or two. and at first time i did it w my dad, and promised him never to get drunk w ppl i don2t know. i think its a good thing that your parents let you drink w them. so you don't just go to a party at age 18, never drunk anything bf, and you end up drunk at someones home w just one beer. being drunk w your family is way better than being drunk at someones house...

i don't think it's bad that she drinks as long as she doesn't get wasted. in germany the legal drinking age for hard liquor is 18, for beer, wine, etc it's 16. so 15 doesn't seem so shocking for me.

I started drinking at 15 and I was a late bloomer! Some of my friends were as young as 12, and they were smoking and having sex at that age too!!

I don't think it's that big a deal, and certainly wouldn't say it was 'disappointed' in here. To be disappointed is surely a motherly/fatherly thing to say or implies you have some sort of vested interest in her. Blah

Anyway, since the legal drinking age in England in 18, and you can actually drink at 16, what's the big deal? She's 16 in a couple of months anyway. Plus she's not harming anyone, she doesn't look off her face, and looks like she's having a good time with her friends.

Yay for her.

If the drinking age was 21 here then I might be more shocked but this doesn't seem too groundbreaking to me. She's inside, not in a club.

I must have started drinking at 15. The first time I snuck into a pub was the day before my 16th. From what I've heard on this board the Brits seem to drink way more and be more relaxed about it. I'm not saying it's a good thing though.

Well, I can't really comment on this since in my country, not many people
drink beer or wine at all...shocking!
But I do have to say that when I watched those interviews with her, she
seemed like a sweet but fun-loving teenager. So, I'm not surprised with
her drinking beer at the age of fifteen at all...
