She's not fugly, but definitely kooky as sh*t. And with a nice figure like that, there's no excuse for looking that bad.

That's actually an awfully nice dress - for Bai, at least. Neither a nipple nor a thong in sight! Doesn't really match anything else she's wearing, but this is Bai Ling, after all...
