Judging from the window, the building does not look in very good state. I don't think it's Zahara, there can be dozens of little black kids looking like her in Paris!

I just saw pictures of their apartment online, and that is DEFINITELY Zahara.
This must have been on one of those days when she wasn't needed for the usual photo ops. I am sure Maddox was fancied as a better more viable option, and so she was left behind!! Poor thing!!!
