Since the Simpsons seem in no way opposed to plastic surgery, I've always wondered why she doesn't do something about that chin. It would greatly improve her appearance.

Yea I think she got lipo. Her upper body still looks the same but lower body (abs, butt) looks much smaller and tighter.
