She heard that pregnancies are all the rage, so got some specially made dresses to give herself a belly.
Either that or she couldn't stand the thought of losing another Greek billionaire, so got knocked up really quickly.

Looking at these pictures again I do think Paris needs to invest in some support underwear something that will hold in her pouch that she has developed... that or start doing some situps...
