Grim take a look at the last photo....her nose isn't as tiny as you may think. People with large smiles usually have a larger space between their nose and mouth. She has a gorgeous smile imho.

Yep she's had a nosejob. I've seen the before photos and looking at her sister's schnozz it was a bit more bulbous. She looks better than most!
