GOOD NEWS: She's clearly lost weight between the two pics and is
probably below 160. That takes willpower.
BAD NEWS: Just because she didn't become as big* a star as she wanted
doesn't mean she should go around flippin' everyone the bird. Is she
giving that to the paparazzi for following her, or to the audience, for
not caring anymore?

Oh come on now, cut her a little slack. I bet the photographer of these pictures was calling her names or something.
He probably said hey Kirstie and she didn't respond so he yelled something about her fettucine, or those god forsaken pants she has on.
I would flip someone off taking my picture too if I was going about my business and suddenly realized I was being captured for posterity.

Come on, she went on national tv bitchin about her weight and how she was trying to lose it. She got paid money to do a show about a fat actress and she is selling her 'new body' for Jenny Craig ads...now all of a sudden she doesn't want any attention? Whatever...

She's about 5'8''/9'' so she's more likely around 220, trust me, and its not willpower; its $ and/or stomach bands.

I think it was her posterior that was captured! Frankly, she should be glad anybody still wants to take her picture. She's not exactly at the pinnacle of her career.
